The first chapter of my dissertation is now available as a preprint on BioRxiv! In this study I generated whole genome resequencing data for all diploid species in subsect. Penstemon, inferred species relationships, and calculated numerous introgression statistics.

F2 hybrids display a lot of variation in “personateness”

Over the past year, I have been collecting phenotype data from ~130 F2 hybrids as they flowered. I combined this phenotype data with genotype information to conduct QTL mapping. Stay tuned on my twitter for updates!
